Idea Overview

The initial sketches of the pipes, vents and buildings i intend to take into photoshop and add together. To make a manchester 1800's manchester buildings with steampunk pipes added.
I had the idea to have a cel shadedcartoony art style and the 'steampunk' part of the world would be growing out of the ground and buildings like grass and roots.

The game will be called ninja's creed, it is a stylised platform game in which the player will battle their way to the top of each building to defeat the  tower guard bosses.With ratchet and clank orcs must die gameplay with platforms and traps included.
The ninja will fight his way along the ledges of buildings fighting steampunk robots and navigating steampunk platform jumps whilst dodging deadly traps.
The ninja can double jump and glide with his steampunk wings. He will fight using his ninja stars and katana.
The steampunk wings will be used when the ninja misses a jump or gets knocked off the edge of the ledge, the ninja will be able to glide back down the the pervious lower platform. The initial idea sort of works like shoots and ladders.
